Help please ...H1 to H4 to H1 question

Current project July 11 th varaku undi full time and 11th na revoking so I filed h4 cos just to be on safer side not approved yet ...ipudu oka full time confirm iey laga undi new company ki inka ee h4 cos status story anta teludu they are just under impression it's just plain h1 transfer ... Ipudu how do deal with this situation even if they apply for h1 tomm it will take 2 weeks which will be more than July 11th ...  How to explain this to new company ?

logically H4 default ga resume avvuthadi when other status like H1 is priority over H4. okkasari immigration lawyer appointment teesuko.

3 - 4 month is old matter now taking 8-9 months mama applied on March 30th h4 ... Ya letter pampochu but danikana mundu new employer. Ki ee situation chapalana as old employment is ending on 11th and tight deadline undi ani..
