There are no big employers, even in Toronto, for software. companies have lower shelf life in Canada than in US. every year plenty close down, or move out of Canada. The pay is less too, compared to what is paid in California. I'm not sure of the entire process.. I didn't come through skilled immigration. I came through investor route. That route has been suspended for a while now.
