naa full time h1b job misconduct ani terminate chasaru . naaku manager ki problem vachi . ippudu uscis ki misocnduct ani letter rasathara because I want to travel to india this year. 

ippudu maa previous employer h1b inka active ganai vundhi . vadu marketing start chasadu. so status em problem kadhu ga. 2 weeks nunchi market lo vunanu . market is very bad. lawyer ni adigi thai nuvu previous employer tho work chasuko vachu anadu . naa lavada, full headache ga vundhi job raavatam ledhu . please give me some suggestions.

lol there is no way you can sue client/employer, they already might have proofs of your behavior  I know its sad but you have to deal with it!

If your previous employer is good and genuine, he would not accept you again on his H1 because this will effect him also as he has to give explanation why he hired back a guy who was fired with misconduct at other place! So just think and proceed. good Luck
