depends on finance people from client side. 

kontha mandhi chala sincere , valla side pending petukoru client side ala unte  100 mandhiki samadanam chepali . finance department idea unte you will understand.

 

inka problem ante purely vendor/employer  vallane untadhi.  employer strong unte irrespective of  employee strength  you will get what we have to
