Music writer M M Keeravani who scored songs for more than 200 films had declared his announced his retirement plans much before the commencement of Rajamouli’s epic “Baahubali”.

I will resign on 8th December in 2016, he posted on his Facebook account declaring his retirement plans two years ago.But he has been signing new movies.He is currently working for K Raghavendra Rao and Nagarjuna’s devotional film “Om Namo Venkateshaya” and Rajamouli’s epic “Baahubali 2”. Two more films are said to be under the pipeline.
