some injection istaru monthly once or every 15 days for those who cant remember to takes tablets daily.

all these tablets or injection are risky for hormonal changes and unexpected pregnancies.

Copper T may cause internal rupture to organs if not seated properly.

Condom is best solution.

and after done with kids males ki operation.
