Breakfast - fruits (watermelon , grapes , pine apple and strawberries)

lunch - 1/4 brown rice and brocolli 

midday snack - Apple and few blue berries 

evening snack - nuts and almonds 

dinner - 4 egg whites and 150 gas grilled chicken 

everday workout cheyyi

Breakfast :egg whites and vegetable juice 

lunch :grilled chicken breast with kale , broccoli 

Dinner :salmon with spinach 

snacks: soaked almonds , green tea and papaya , musk melon .

baaga greens tinnu like spinach , kale , broccoli .needhi short term goal kabbati no carbs ...baga water taagu ..
