Bhaa idhi naa situation,

nov 2015 lo h1 expire ayindhi, so extn lo filed bfre h1 expiry and 3 mnths ki no update so puahed to premiuim and dn rfe came in feb ,rfe is abt emplyr and some documentation ,and later h1b denied , after denial we applied again(MTR) with all documention,clietn letters and now rfe came abt maintance of status dueing this process

Nenu cntrcter, OFS ayyindhi ani nenu anukutunna but adhi crrect oo kaadho naaku teliyadhu!!

 

h1b deny ayinaa kooda nenu ikkade unna, like 33 days to MTR ani laywrt cheppadu so , emplur gaadni adigithe no need of going out of contry ani cheppindu !! So uscis vallu adhi consider chesara ?

nov 15 to feb 16 varku authorized stay based on pending petition ani chepochu ... 

 

oka saari deny inaka u cant stay in US , you are Out of status the next day .  Nuv status gurinch ekvaga provide cheyyaleka pothae ..h1 approve chestadu kaani counselor processing ki pamputaadu for which you need to go for stamping .

 

nuv 6 mnths kanna ekva out of status unte u will get 5 yr ban . be careful
