Rashmi who set the screens on fire with her hot skin show in "Guntur Talkies" became a sex icon overnight. To cash on her image, the makers of "Antham" released a trailer featuring her doing intimate romantic moments and mouthed the provocative dialogue "Swargam Choopista Ra Intiki". This has made the movie a hot property among the trade circles. Amidst big expectations, "Antham" got released on Ramzan festival day but the film has failed to attract the audiences. On the day one, the movie's collections are dismal. Although the PR team of the movie is claiming that it has grossed Rs 1.25 Cr on its first day, the collections in reality are pretty low. Moreover, the audiences who went to theaters to see Rashmi Gautham's hot show felt cheated as she doesn't have much role in the film and there is not much skin show except for few scenes in the beginning.
