The Telangana state government is planning to cut down 3100 trees around Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad in order to construct flyovers. The result of this measure would mean cutting down of 1900 old and new trees in our KBR park. 

KBR park was, in the past, declared a National Park by the state government. Being the largest park in the city, many Hyderabadis frequent the park to find respite from the city's hustle and bustle and for their daily exercise. Most of them consider the park a true blessing amongst the concrete jungle that today's Hyderabad has become.

Please sign this petition if you believe that we should retain the park as is and the government should choose alternate plans for flyover constructions!
