While he claims to be extremely loyal to the Congress party, the tone and tenor of his statements give rise to suspicions that he could be a covert of the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi. On Friday, Jana surprised his party colleagues by showering praises on the K Chandrasekhar Rao government for taking up Haritha Haaram programme (massive tree plantation) across the state.
