i would suggest to just pass on this, why would you choose to get your impression on the wrong side with your manager by doing so, like everyone say in the corporate world, BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT,,,if you gonna say anything about your cousin in which case he already said NO, it sounds like you're judging your boss, no one judges no body, its your call now...good luck!!

Now, I know this client manager well, have been working with him for over two years... how I can request him to reconsider the profile for this position...I can assure he can perform well and live up to the expectations ....more over he will join my team so I can support him in teh work...
