just live with the situation. dont get too much worried

always remember to be honest at work. Do not waste time, even if there isn't much work to do.

atleast first 6 months you should be very much pro-active. tell me which techonology you work on?

naaku 4 hours work 6 hours patadhi ...but aa extra 2 hours nenu after business hours .....cover chestunna ......1-1 anty manager ki doubt endhuku vachindhoo asalu no clue......just okka assigmnet ky he don't have to kadha...

it looks like, he is going to have a meeting with you to know how confortablle you are with the work.

oka contractor ni teeseyadmante antha esay kaadhu interms of refilling the position. To onboard a person, there is much process involved.

just for a silly reason of spending too much time on a task than an expected time, they will not fire..

In the meeting, he will set you some expectations. antha kante ekkuva seen undadhu..

again I am asking what technology you work on? so we can give some tips.

last couple of weeks no weekends ,no shopping ani vadilesy dedicated my time to work
