Fight against ITServe

Guys, I think our ITServe fighting strategy is in a wrong way.

chala mandi Prime vendors ki report chesi aa members list ni, vallaki projects ivadhu ante already chitiki pothunna H1B employee job raka inka chitikipothadu.. this is not correct.

Prime vendor pattinchukodu vadi money vadiki vasthunnantha sepu, oka vela pattinchukunna, mestri gadu inko sister company tho malli vellaki joint avutadu, adi pedha vishayam kadu. idi temporary ga effect chesthundi, long term or permanent solution kadu.

If you want to effect your ITServe mesthri, find a full time job and show middle finger. Priority date forward avuthundi kabatti only thing you will be losing is H4 EAD for some time. File a H1 for your better half or F1 and you will be least effected. 

Also, educate as many OPT people as you can so they don't fall prey for these @$$#0les.

Please don't deviate from main goal. 

P.S : my goal is to effect mesthris without getting screwed.

 

Also, this is a serious issue, chillara / personal comments chese vallu pakkaki velli aadukondi. (no hate msgs pls, If you have better suggestions, would love to hear them).

why every one is saying to jump for FTE. Fulltime jump avatam antha easy kadhu. First everyone will not get client who can sponsor h1b, even if they do they will not file GC easily, even if they do they will do it in EB3 mostly.

Manam unna current situation lo prime vendors ki complaint cheiyatam and aa list lo unnai employers ki valla employees roju phone chesi visiginchatam, what going on, do i need to find a new employer ani. and manchinga video edit chesi as much as possible sharing and sending complaints to USCIS, DHA,.. and other places.

anta kanta as of now manam em cheiyalam

FTE easy kadu, I agree, but unna situation lo danikante better way kanipinchatledu naku.. atleast try chedam.

DOL and USCIS ki reporting cheyochu, but vadu mestri meda padina kontha kalam ki manam road meda untam bro.. so ee malaria doma ni vadilesi dengue doma tho kuttinchukovatam avuthundi apudu inko consultancy vethukovatam ante.. also, mestrilu chepparu valla meda USCIS vallu padinattu.. silent ga court lo fight chesukuntuntaru..

why are you virgin ante chance raledu annattu, ITServe lo enduku levu ani adigithe chance raledu antaru most (andaru kadu, nenu chusina chala varaku) of the consultancies. 

Atleast manchi consultancies emaina unnay ante, kanesam vallani encourage cheyatam better.

 

As always, open for better suggestions to screw ITServe and its' members.

if you cant find a job easily with current employer why not you change to another good employer?

ela complain cheyitam valla oka 2 employee's ki job raka vara employer tho jump kottina chalu, we reach our target. Employer ki baga telisivasthundhi.

no hard feelings, trying to find a solution without hurting employees, only ITServe members should feel the everlasting burn, $#!t ki velthunte fire ravali.

Easy man, make a list of all the available options and sort them according to their probability and feasibility..

I told to leave the employer not usa. Why is it hard to find good employer for you. Okkapudu we dont have much choice or awareness or experience  to search for good employer. Now we can.  I dont know why you think this is the toughest option. mana vellipotha inkokadu ravatanki, rules are not like before. Employers ki kuda cinema kanipisthundhi eppudu to get h1b approvals etc..

join ayye varaku baga kaburlu chepthunaru, join ayaka cinema maripotandi.. (most of the cases) vallani nammukovatam kante FTE ni nammukovatam better ani na feeling..

Also H1B approvals ki employees kante employers ki ekkuva chukkalu kanipisthunay ani nenu anukonu bro.. again vallaki it's a numbers game, x petitions lo y approve / pick ayyay, anthe. employees status kosam 2nd Masters chesthunaru.. most of the mestris H1B fees malli employees deggare kada dobbedi.. inka RFEs answer cheyataniki kuda same thing, employees deggare tiskuni velli aa lafoot Sheela Murthy / Rahul reddy gallani encourage chesthunaru..

mana lanti employees ae kada effect avuthundi, let's try to avoid that situation..
