depends on type of food you gonna make. At the very least, you need two large refrigerator, a freezer, one-two fryers, maybe a grill fat-top and/or griddle. go to restaurantdepot.com for pricing. of course you also need a lot of utensils and packaging materials

Food trucks mostly buy place in busy streets where they can park and sell.. they kease it for year or two. So befire you atart truck business finding spot is important and also you need to drive to fairs for additionals business..

coast ante kitchen items, workers etc ki oka 10K cash petuko and dont expect much profits for 2-3 months so backup ga oka 10K pettuko to run the business

but my suggestion is to take a subway other than food truck
