Help kavali  DB pedhalu...

2 years of marriage tarwaatha how difficult or easy is it to get a divorce ...amaayi odhletatu ledhu..so mutual annulment doesn't  appear to be a possibility.

I know rules differ from state to state. Kaani how likely am I to pay alimony? Thanu H1 meedha undhi..

Any advice is highly appreciated..No trolls please...

duration of marriage main , incomes batti decide chestaru .nee marriage aynapatnundi mee iddari earnings chustaru…. H1 mida undi annav kabatti …incase tanu marriage ayyaka h4 mida vachi kali ga unte ,tanaku favour avtundi .. nee ssn number inkedo number untundi danni base cheskuni nee transactions anni lagutaru ..tanu nikanna better position lo unte u will be safe .

tanu mutual agree cheste its valid …if u get exparte here, its invalid in india…divorce vachesindi ani pelli cheskuni india velte..bigamy kinda arrest chestaru 5 years varku jail siksha pade chances untay.

tanu kuda contest cheste anni consider chestaru …iddarki baga dabbulu vadultay ..if you are earning more than her …ila untadi calculation

if husband earns X$

wife earns Y$

and X>Y

then monthly pay will be like this 40% of (X-Y )  and your wife gets the money …..judge decide chestadu till she gets married or till she gets into another relationship

till u get divorced dinni spousal support antaru and after divorce dinni alimony antaru

idanta kadu ante one time alimony cheptaru

ivanta if both are contested
