Hi Guys,

Naku enduko ey pani cheyali anna Bhayam ga untundi, edaina tappu chesthunana, evarina emaina anukuntaremo, idhi tappu kada, telisi or teliyakuna tappu chesthe guitly conscience tho oka 1-2 weeks varaku normal avalenu. Bascially annitiki bhayam naku.

 

Ippudu FT job chesthunanu, kani daily epudu em avthundo ani tention, na valla edaina tappu jaruguthundo ani bhayam, naku teliyaka edaina tappu chesano ani bhayam. Edaina tappu chesthe nannu evarina pattukuntara ani bhayam. Na valla edaina tappu jarigithe em avthundo ani tention etc ila prathi daniki bhayam ga undi.

 

Prathi china vishaniki kuda overthinking chesthunanu, any suggestions/guidance is really appreciated.

Edi ayina aathcare annatu vundu man...Bhayam deniki FT potey inko alternative chuskovali, edina pani chestey konchum time spend chesi research chesi neeku nachindi choose cheskoni decide kavali....Breath, blood or body lo Bhayaniki address lekunta cheyy... Spend time with your friends/family, play games/do workout, read some good books  %$#$

Hi bro,

Looks like you have GAD-Generalized anxiety disorder. Instead of you controlling emotions, emotions are controlling you.

Good news is you can over come it.

It will be a combination of medicine, exercise, and behavioural therapy.

Consult your family physician, they will prescribe SSRI pills and refer a psychiartist. You might need to undergo CBT- Congenital behavioural therapy.

Don't ignore it. It's very common disorder. Start excercise. Meditation and yoga for anxiety are the best.

I believe confidence level makes it all different - I was in the same boat as u are now - edanna oka work chestunnamu ante check your confidence level for that work done by you - start with small tasks and try to achieve perfection at ur best and try not to be idle - eventually u ll get out of it gud luck.
