On July 11th 2013, I had some called me by name Steve Marsh with Indian accent and said that he represents USCIS and said that number displayed on phone is uscis number and asked me to check by googling that number. He started by mentioning that I missed out on filling Alien registration number in India for the first time I traveled and US high commission in India is penalizing for this. He said that I have to leave US in next 24 hours pay fine in India and come back. 
Finally he said he will help me with not leaving country by paying fine here in US of $830. 

Please dont fall for this if you are here legally and have all your information right please contact your HR right away and inform fraud services. 

Only thing that was scary was he had my name and DOB. I dont know how? 

Please dont panic just because as its related to Visa, if you are here legally and have not done anything wrong you will be alright.
