if he doesnt respond then client manager ki cheppu ela ani... then cc him on the same email and ask that vendor for a status update

send a detailed email to vendor or record the phone conversations and give it to client manager chalu vendor ni black list chestaru....pay kuda immediate ga release chepistaru....canditate leaving client is a big issue for client manager.

Just put client Mgr and vendor cc email and tell them not getting pay.

employer petadam veru you keep it to vendor cc or BCC manager and wait for his reply or go to managers room talk to him and explain the situation suggest him to make a call from manager land line red hand ga dorukuthadu.
