Unlike in the past, he is now struggling to make a mark in the administration of a smaller state with just 13 districts. And an internal survey commissioned by Naidu on the completion of two years in office has revealed several startling points that were a rude shock to him. According to the survey, though 80 per cent of the people were by and large satisfied with his individual performance as the chief minister, 60 per cent of the people were quite unhappy with the functioning of his party MLAs.
