first fees pay cheyali irrespective of whether you are eligible for drop box or not... after you pay the fees it directs you to some series of questions which you need to answer honestly and then it decides if you are eligible for drop box or not. If eligible it directs you to drop box confirmation page which is the end else it directs you to slot booking page.
