Genuine ga roju vyamam cheyani vallu chala danger lo untaru..ikkada unnavallaiki chala suluvuga gym availability untundhi but they don't take it up. For example, complex lo gym undatam, anytime fitness, ymca close by or if in uni gym will be there every time. no one actually goes to it.

I donno if you are ectmorph/endo/mesomorph. I donno wats your current weight. I can tell you few things; 

Eating chapathi will also spike insulin.

You cant get away only by eating chapathi even you avoid rice.. Chapathi is good enough to spike insulin..so eat chapathi only after 45-50 mins of workout.. That's when most carbs are needed. Your body doesn't recognise foods. All it knows is carbs , fats,protein.. Understand this very properly. Log your food and see how much carbs you are taking.. Ratio of protein carb fats should be 40:30:30 very ideal case..rest other depends on goal.

Now coming to beer. I was a huge beer drinker only fri sat.. Lets say 12 pack weekend. When you drink beer insulin spikes are pretty high and body stores that as fat. Beer has empty calories. Less calorie beer are more shittier. Major mistake I did for 3-4 years is combo of beer and biryani.. That's worst considering insulin. Sugar plus loads of sugar stores lot of fat in ab area..hence beer belly. So you decide if beer aka sugar , carbs aka sugar are good combo? Even you workout the combo doesnt go well. I have first hand experience. Workout is 20% diet is 80%. If you skip beer and drink hard and again plus carbs, your liver takes lot of the to process that..hence slowing of metabolism and dehydration.. Overwork for kidneys liver. In my case I quit alcohol completely. Im still facing hard health issues due to previous damage. Probably it will take a year or so. All bodies are not same. You gotta decide what's best for you. Having said that i haven't yet been diabetic. But the thought itself is scary. 

Basically we eat sugar in one or other form in every meal.  Indian food was designed as well balanced food. We just ruined it bigtime..
