1 hr just for cardio and then weights etc inko 1 hr aa

40 mins running

60mins elliptical annadu ga so weights after that adoka 60 mins

i will run and walk 40 to 1 hour thrice a week....playmakers or sport  store lo ne shoe ki thagatu spinge soul estharu enka running chesthay em thelvadhu happy ga untundhi ..try that...

check whether you are under pronator or over pronator, you can find that by looking at the sole of your old shoe

under pronator - wear out on the outer edge of shoe

over pronator - wear out on the inner edge of shoe

neutral pronator - wear out uniformly

i concentrate more on cardios,,i got muscles, i do not want more...on weights side i go little on bi and tri and do 100 pushups and 100 abdominis which usually take 10-15 mins total time i spend in gym is 2-2.5 hrs....and i love it
