YSR Congress party will fight against AP Chief Minister and TDP President N Chandrababu Naidu for encouraging defections from the opposition in the ensuing Lok Sabha session.

“Twenty MLAs and 3 MPs have defected from YSR Congress but no action was taken and they continue to be law makers of a different party from which they were not elected. This system should be checked to save democracy and we will press for amendment to the Act which gives more teeth enabling serious action to be taken within three months,” party MP M Rajamohan Reddy said.
