Whats the process to claim for the baggage? I have submitted the claim..but there is no response so far.

it will eventually arrive but most of the items will be lost or damaged.  So first make sure you keep pushing them to identify the bag, what is your stop over ? if it is london heatrow.. they might have taken it aside for testing or checking and left it their.. find it out.
