nee timesheets evadu chustaadu man... aina many companies have 9 hour weekdays... you are paid by your employer not your client man, so chill... and nee pay check lo hours list untey, ot ani cheppukovachu... which day how many ani undadu ga, so take it easy man... FYI, maaku kuda 45 hrs per week ey man...

what are you even talking man? 9 hours work related times anedi kind of common ye kada man... not all companies do it, but 45 hour weeks and getting paid for extra 20 hrs a month is good for many people, may be not for you...

you mean to say people really work for 45 hrs in a week? are you serious? If you do that, client treat you as any other contractor. But if you really put the hours that you only worked which is minimum (40 hrs) client considers for long-term.....many people miss this simple logic....

lol its not Overtime my friend, its a policy with the company to work 9 hrs a day to support their customers. if you say I will take billing only for 40 hrs but work for 45 hours you sound stupid to me... if the client is asking you to work for 40 hrs and then you bill 45, then what you said might be correct but in his case client is asking for 45 hours, so you have to bill 45 hours, or else you are not meeting the expectations man... it's just not the same way every company operates, because your client does something in one way man....

That's your take dude! based on initial post my understanding is different......he said client requirements but didn't mention if client official hours are 45 or the requirements make him to work 45 hrs.....how about if the client has no work on the non-peak weeks?.....would he still put 40 or only the hours he worked?
