And Having difficulty in keeping up with daily work because of fitness issues..

office nundi vache sariki Eve full tired ayipotunna and sleepy ga feel avtunna, velli groceries theddamu anna lazy ga avtunna..

monna table tennis adataniki poya asal hand kadlat Ledu .. Asal mana fitness check cheddam ani stairs thisukunna office lo Oka 4 floors ke khatham.. 

Any tips guys on how to over come this laziness and be fit..

Bhayya, your body metabolism cycle correct ga ledu 

Try eating good breakfast, and do cardio(office lo take steps/or walk fast) for 20mins in 2 cycles 

 

try this and see if you see any difference 

 

and just to be on the safe side, get your blood work done

food tagginchu bhayya especially snacks tagginchu... sugars/Carbs manei or tagginchu... meat ekkuva tinu...overall quantity takkuva chei tinadam.. evenings oka 1 hr fone matludutuuuu walking chei mee community lo ne.. after dinner.

Office nundi raagane laptop mundu kurchoku... kasta tea taagi.. shoes vesesko... either go out for running or community gym unte treadmill to start with.

favourite few of ur close friend numbers in fone and keep calling them.while u walk.. just get gud headphones wear them along with gud shoes... chesina cheyakapoyina ivi mandatory atleast u will start moving ur ass.
