I am 32. still active and fit..

practice running for abut 10 mins everyday and then increase it to 25 mins..and then slow start cycling for about 3 miles everyday..and drinks lots of liquids..

Avacado baga tinu, and daily 10 almonds night water lo petti, morning tinu, dates oka 3 tinu, performance baga improve avutundhi..

daily work routine and chex as well. chex once in every 3 days chesthe, fitness ki fitness and  peace of mind , body motham full control ki vachestundhi.. with good diet and proper sleep..

generation baga padyipoyindhi, entha sepu smart phones and internet access ekkuva, padukovadam taakuva..so nenu phone ni pakka parestha intiki vellgane, and weekends kooda I wont touch my phone and computer. unless office work..
