I-140

How long is it taking for a I-140 approval which is filed under normal processing ? Correct me if I am wrong do we have to file I-485 at the same time ? Happy to have some of the experts opinions and I sincerely request not to spam this thread.

No you can't file 485 now

 

140 takes 6-18 months

Regular anthe bhayya minimum 4 months

I applied I-140 on Oct/06/2015 at Texas service center.Still didn't get approval. Any idea for processing time. It's been 9.5 months.
