Try to get experience letter......even if you have to pay(amount depends on your comfort level).....

exp letter lite bhayyaaa....paystubs unnayee ga...,also mee employer ki email pettu ila exp kaavaali ani vaadu obv no antaadu aaa reply email save chesi pettuko..also meee office lo colleagues tho letter raayichuko...no tension

bhayya, ipdu Gc cheyyakapothe etu India ke ika vero option ledhu, ee option lo emanna teda vachina adhe chesthaanu...i didn't cheat him , vadi sadism ki nenu balvattam fair aah??

and I will go for it as a last option, even I don't want to go this route, I will go and talk to him in person and beg him, inko 1 month try chestha..

nenu FTe client ke 2 yrs work chesa and came back to contracting. During GC client didnt give me technical experience letter. they just gave employment verification letter. If attorney requests for it then they will issue annaru... so i took colleagues affidivate and went with it....

 

Also you can get letter from vendors that worked with your employer during those time frames.. maa friend allane chesadu...

atla fake documents petti employers aa doriki poyaru (H1 filing ki fake docs petti) ...manam entha USCIS have seen and knows all of this ...best way is to deal with your old employer or alternative ga pay stubs W2 pettuko...ATB

ask your client employer if you can submit notarized affidavit from coworker. If yes, anta adhi ecchi mee vadi medha DOL and USCIS ki complaint chei for any non-pay on bench or h1b fee fraud. vadiki kuda cheppu, nenu complaint chestunna ani, two minutes lo neku letter chetilo untundhi.

if you client attorney dont accept notarized affidavit, then photshop cheyinchi silent ga undu i140 vacha varaku.
