I am working on this assignment ,where I have to compare data and analyse it and submit paper (it will get published and credits koda unntayi  ...but naa issue enti anty ........just work assign chesinandhuku team mate ki credit evakunda ivali or else 100% work neny chesa ani ela prove cheskovali ...already ee team mate naa previous assisgment credit tiskunnadu ....

she may already get the confidence that her job is secure, appuda elanti taughts vastai.

mari work rakundha ledhu ...but may be im not effiecient ...6 hrs work 8 hours lo chestha .....but chesina work ki credit kavali anukovadham greedy na ? ..just to prove my team and manager that i can work ani anthy ....

two sides of the coin alochinchali ilanti situations lo .....manaki contract important kabatti work area lo nee colleagues and lead tho relationship important , remove that feeling that your lead is taking credit and keep doing your good work (one fine day mee lead guilty feeling tho anna kachitanga release avthadu)
