ok, answer one simple thing. If science/astronomy has nothing to do with Astrology; then how can the occurrence of Solar/Lunar eclipses is predicted with 0.01% error in our panchangs and how can the change of planetary axes be predicted.

it's called Observation but not Prediction.

so If you know Railway time table you can tell the arrival/departure of every train with 100% accuracy

not just arguing with you but just want to let you know this. If this makes sense u might change the way you think about astrology, i mean your impression on astrology might change

trains are something we can see .. planet positions are almost imaginary .. no one saw untill telescope was invented..

but astrology defined each planet , position , its characteristics .. affect on human mind, psycology, future etc ... all the greatness is our rushis who are blessed.

In that case, how can you identify the logic for the recurrence of that event without telescopes, scientific calculators and other precision observation tools/logic decoders

could be. telling when is solar/lunar eclipse is the result of observation but not a Prediction.

and how they included sun as a planet when it is a star and how they included rahu, kethu when they are not existing. again moon was considered as a planet which is a satellite to the earth.

This event (solar/lunar) eclipse doesn't occurs at one point (locations) all the time and more over it's partial many times 

What kind of observation can some one come up with an improbable occurrence of an event
