Directors makers Hero's are not catching with the world and their thinking is completely outdated...... They don't even care to research as thesis before starting a movie.... They are just going with what they know what they believe.  that's it...,

Main culprits for this situation are the PRODUCERS...

And its too funny that they are also the people who are financially destroyed at the end..... when you really tally the accounts end of the year.....

Lack of passionate producers give scope to Money oriented business men to take up the role of a producer......Actually these guys should be FINANCIERS....

Because a PRODUCER should know the process of film making.,.should have the passion to give scope to creative ideas and let the actors explore their strengths etc.....

But when a FINANCIER becomes a producer, he thinks in terms of business like,,,, e time period lo etlanti cinemalu public hit chesaru... manam kuda atlanti cinemas theedham....ani fix avtuharu...dhanikosam mana talentless directors ready ga untaru....

Actually a DIRECTOR job is very tough.... he needs to constantly evolve during the movie and also from MOVIE TO MOVIE.....but our direcotrs are lazy..... they play the role of co-ordinators...who oversee the whole project being built.....thats why you never see the SIGNATURE STYLE of any director over the TELUGU FILMS>..they seem to be same to same....

Directors who have their mark are SSR, RGV, TRIViK and Sukumar etc... very few people sho put their heart and mind into a movie... others are just carry a template...
