Been with the employer since 3 yrs..i140 approved a yr back..Employergadu standard payrol run chestadu...so extra amount anta pile up ayyi 20k daka ivvali...eppudo bench meeda undi gap vaste tappa aa pile up amount kadalatledu...10 times call cheste oka sari lift chesi idigo ippudu appudu ani sollu cheptadu..this is happening since 2 yrs..timeki pay padadu..daniki kuda 100 follow ups cheskovali..okosari inka vendor gadu ivvaledu so delay avtundi antadu...luvda asalu vendor gadu ivvadaniki naku link endo naku ardam kadu..marketing kuda nene cheskovali project aipote..inka vedu deniki modda...luvdalodi 10 days back padalsina pay inka padledu...aa 140 EAD rule vachi sastadi emo FTE 10gedam ani gatha 1 yr nunchi baristuna vedni...inka naa valla kavatla ..Ippudu naku unna options emti

1) 10gesi DOLki complaint ichina last paychecksvi vastai bcoz i will be having timesheets kabatti but how can I get  the pending amount??

once you have an approved I-140, and you port to another employer the priority date of first I-140 can be retained unless is revoked for fraud, or misrepresentation.
