I had no W2 during OPT just expenses and use to send check, I showed all bank prrof for 12 months with check deposit. Yes I got only amount as per my LCA. rest gone

mayya..nenu recentga h1 extensionki apply chestunna...so atorneygadu questionairelo LCA amount ani mention chesadu...there is no range in there? i dont remember filling anything with range for my previous h1 as well

LCA amount option pakkanaa two fields untai man... okati value untadi inkoti blank pedtaaru which means unlimited ani... entaina avochu because of your bonus types lo... max amount pettaru chaala mandi.... open your lca and see 4th page I guess where it says Rate pay. in my case the minimum is 95K, so he is entitled to pay me that much even without Job or else vaadikey bokka, so he cannot stop my pay under any circumstances man... adi matter man....
