Avoid oily foods especially nights.

Morning - Daily 3 egg whites, and any breakfast heavy

Lunch - Eat brown rice and chicken breast (only Grilled).

Evening Snacks- Eat Corn and two Sunnunda's.

Dinner- Rotis and butter milk.

Night before gng to bed - Drink glass of milk.

have chex twice a week.

@3$% if possible baya taagu daily. it will make your blood flow in ther right way..@3$%
