General doctor checkup question

Bro's, I work for TCS and have Cigna insurance. I wanted to go for a general doctor checkup. Can you please suggest me

1.) How to chose a doctor

2.) what tests need to be done

3.) should I go for a dental checkup separately

4.) How much do I need to pay and how much my insurance will pay(I mean how to calculate? does it depend on my plan? Edo TCS icharu, nenu teesukunna)

5.) If I start planning for kids, what pre test should I go for and does this above general test include that.

You have PCP ? 

Ne insurance lo covered doctors and hospitals chudu 

 

yearly check up Anu Anne chesi they will take you as PCP , if you want tell them to do vitamin tests too 

 

dental insurance edi? , ade kuda see what's cornered and go 

 

annual check up is free every year , some tests will not be included so take care of those 

 

kids no idea man , talk to your PCP

google chey general physician ani near ur area, list ostundi, valla ki call chesi ila 'yearly physical cheyinchukovali' ani chepu, ni insurance details ivu, yearly once physical checkup free, u pay 0$

dental coverage unte, same as above, yearly routine cleaning free
