Take proper food. multiply your weight in lb with 0.6 and start taking that many grams of protein. Don't take more than 30 to 35 grams at a time. 

Multi vitamins, fish oil, multi minerals teesuko daily. 

Start with 1 hour cardio and 15 mins weights per day. Don't do same type of cardio every day. Change from walking to running or elliptical or cycling or stairs. 5 days gym ki vellu with out any excuses. After a month change that to 45 mins cardio and 30 mins weights and then 30 mins cardio and 45 mins weights. Weights one body part per day.
