Ledu bhayya, company policy antaru kani they always make exceptions. Mass ga cheppatanki ala cheptharu but aa usual % kante chala ekva ichina sandarbalu kuda unnai.

Depends on the company... Neeku bonus entha promise chesaru daniki multipliers vuntayu like 0.5 to 1.5 etc... Nee performance and company performance ni batti idi change avvuddi...

hike 2% vaste nuvvu thopu... I have seen cases where they get 0.5% hike also... So don't have high hopes

Of your team's head is good in projecting teams work and good at making an impact on higher management the team will get more %rsu than others

It all depends on how profitable are u for them, i.e., ur worth. (U should either bring new revenue or save money for the company)

correct ee but join avvakamundu its quite hard to know what is the impact of our team and how significant it is ani. More over ee re-orgs lo ekkada padthamo evarki telidu.

Already changed one man 1.5 yrs back. work is good, so want to stick with this company for some time.
