140 portability talkin..but stuff kinda remains same. ombudsman is pushin USCIS but they aint doing $hit

 

RFEs--

Vermont service gives 29% RFEs
Calif service center gives 55% RFEs
for L-1 anta.
for H1-B, aligned antunadu...but dont know how much

 

OPT-- 450K opt applicants have their cases 90 days past due anta..in 2015. 22%. if extn is applied in timely manner..they hav 180 days extension automatically

 

Citizenship--

there are people are eligible for citizenship...but cannot apply due to the high fees of uscis and bgcheck delays anta.
there are trying to achieve partial fees waiver anta..

fees kattukodaniki paisal lekapotey..citizenship vachi kuda em chesthadu...will continue tobe in the poverty...
bcoz if he becomes a citizen..then he would hav to pay taxes..no cash jobs
