BJP Lags Behind Mallanna Sagar Issue!

With the distress among the agriculturists of 14 towns against the construction of Mallanna Sagar reservoir is growing strongly, every political party has started supporting the agitation and gaining some political mileage.

As such, the Congress is leading the agitation from the front and the Left parties already made it an aggressive agitation.

Of late, the TDP also joined the agitation with Revanth Reddy taking up the cudgels against the TRS government. The only party which is lagging behind at present is the BJP, which has so far no policy or programme on the same.

Clearly realising this, the Telangana BJP started speaking about the issue, at least in milder tone.
