Queens & Brooklyn are nice places to live man... strictly NO BRONX

Rents avg  $2500 2 bed 2 bath

School districts no idea

Payina peddalu cheppinattu New brunswick, South Brunswick, Kendel park, Edison, Prnceton, East / West Windsor area lo schools baavuntaayi

Commute 1.5 hrs one way and monthly $500 fix ayipo... %$#$

It depends on where in queens you are staying. some parts of queens are a dump.

Same thing with jersey city. Some parts are garbage and the good places are expensive.

Commute from jersey city to NY mid-town will be about an hour to hour and half depending on where in jersey city you are

How about Stamford? 45min commute in train. All C-level executives stay on this side of NYC.

This might be a better option.

Also try in Rutherford, Lyndhurst. When I inquired 1 BR apartment was around 1900$ but these cities are too class(less crowd) and not like Edison or Jersey city where too much crowd.

Friends,

Got an offer for 160K  (Full time) in Manhattan, NY.  Here are few concerns. Please advise:

1) Where to Stay? Is Queens a good place and what is the Average rent for 2 beb 2 bath?

2) School district ? I heard that NYC public schools are bad? Are they really that bad?

3) Is it recommended to stay in jersey city ? What is the average time to commute from jersey city  to Manhattan? Again Question 1 and 2 for jersey city

how much experience u have...good salary though
