Seeing, listening and reading is not going to help much. You need to be able to frame a sentence yourself perfectly as per the situation. To do that you need practice of speaking. It is same as math.

Lot of people just see the solutions before the exam. But when it comes to exam, they fail to solve it because they lacked practice. I am in same situation and I tried all the ways to improve my english. Nothing helped except practice.
