The Telangana government will establish Centre for Non Resident Telanganaites’ Affairs (CENTA) to handle the issues of NRIs from the state, state NRI Affairs Minister K.T. Rama Rao said on Wednesday.

He said that the centre would also have district level offices.

The state government will also launch an exclusive portal for NRIs with information and online services, Rao said at a meeting with representatives of NRIs’ associations and other stakeholders on the proposed NRI policy of the state.
