This will help reverse women's plummeting workplace participation rate, grow wages, and allow record immigration levels to subside to more moderate historical averages.

All this is a political Stunt. Ones elected, he has many other priorities to take care. IMO,This could be last or may be the least on his list. Remember he is a business man who definitly need H1B's. So dont worry your turn will come for GC in 50+ years.
