ITServe Alliance and Its Mission to Serve the Community
ITServe Alliance is the largest association of IT consulting firms in the U.S. Member companies provide services to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies by hiring employees in the U.S., and more importantly, keeping jobs in the U.S. Through our membership, we reach out to elected officials, the media, and government agencies to find ways to better address the immigration needs of our member companies and their employees.

Over the last six years, ITServe has worked to bring to light some of the issues consulting firms and their employees face in navigating the current business immigration system. ITServe Alliance is committed to work for the betterment and welfare of Indian owned IT consulting and services companies.

Employer and Employee Are Two Sides of the Same Coin
The current U.S. immigration system is broken according to most experts. ITServe Alliance and its members realize that we can achieve greater success by working together and fighting for better laws and regulations, alongside our employees. If employers and employees both understand the other’s perspectives, and work together, there will be greater harmony and success for all concerned in the long term.

“Many of the concerns discussed in the September 2015 monthly event video stem from the issuance of a 2015 USCIS Administrative Appeals Office precedent decision, Matter of Simeio Solutions, LLC and the resulting Policy Memorandum from USCIS. A five-minute discussion of potential litigation to fight the Matter of Simeio Solutions decision was taken out of context and falsely suggests that a group of employers were plotting against skilled immigrants. On the contrary, the result of the September 2015 meeting was an ITServe recommendation to its members to reach out to government officials to explain how devastating this new requirement is to small businesses within the IT industry. A letter campaign was started in February 2016 to address the Simieo guidance”, said Rahul Reddy, Immigration Attorney and ITServe Advisor.

“ITServe was founded on principles to promote best business practices and has worked for the past 6 years to bring to light some of the issues consulting firms and their employees face in navigating the current business immigration system. ITServe is supporting immigration laws that encourage keeping jobs in the USA instead of being outsourced through policy advocacy in support of STEM OPT, H1Bs and Intended Immigrants.

The accusations against ITServe and its members are completely false and go against everything that ITServe has worked towards for past 6 years. ITServe never took any action against employees and on the contrary, supported their cause in many ways” said Satish Manduva, Founding President of ITServe.

“ITServe is known for initiatives that help entrepreneurs & skilled immigrants. Startup Cube is to encourage young entrepreneurs, business seminars and ProSTEM for STEM support and promotion” said Sudhakar Pennam, Executive Board Chair, ITServe.

“ITServe strives for bringing trust in the consulting business by enabling members to adhere to the highest business ethics and principles. Employees are encouraged to join any member of ITServe and seek employment without any hesitation, make sure to check if they are ITServe member before seeking employment.

For any grievances on any of the ITServe member firms please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. The arbitration team can take up the issue and resolve it with the employer. ITServe is here to build a trusted transparent network where employee and employer have win-win situations. ITServe supports the Whitehouse petition for I-140 EAD initiated by “Skilled Immigrants in America” group - Please sign the petitionhttps://goo.gl/jHD01F said Shashi Devireddy, President of ITServe.

Pledge of ITServe Alliance
To the extent that ITServe has historically been focused on employers' interests, we fully recognize that it is also the hard work and dedication of employees that has made it possible for our member organizations to establish, maintain and grow successful IT consulting firms. Employees need employers who create jobs and employers need a strong and happy workforce to keep growing businesses. Our recognition and appreciation for these employees will be reflected in our actions.

To that end, we pledge to our member companies, their employees, and the public at large: We will work together and pursue changes in immigration laws and regulations that would lead to a U.S. immigration system that is less burdensome and beneficial for all parties. We are stronger when we are united.
