Sunil has been running through lean phase lately as all of his recent films failed to strike a chord with the audience. His last film Krishnashtami was a big disaster. Sunil is hoping to make a strong comeback with Jakkanna that is releasing today.

Sunil has once again picked a commercial entertainer, the genre that hasn’t proved lucky for him. Jakkanna is directed by Akella Vamsi Krishna who earlier made Raksha.
