my case , i can't buy house in bay area so decided to invest in stocks, Final ga stocks lo break even ki vacha. NXPI , GOOGL, AVAGO konna last time.  AMD 2.2 lo koni 3.5 ki amma.. adi emo ippudu 6.7 undi .  naku ardam ayyindi endi ante research chesi stocks lo pettali , not to invest by emotion.

Dheniki brokers kuda untaru. if you giving 50lakh for 2.5rs interset you have to reister a land atleast 80lakh on your name. 1 year taravatha either the other person will give back money or you can give him verbal notice and sell the land. okavala ekkuva vastha after all your expenses its up to you whether to give him the excess money or not.
