That's the best option, saying that--else buy a house in USA, if u have no plans to go back to INDIA. 

US lo settlement meedha no hopes anukunte, then buy some lands, keep some liquid cash- u never know when u will need liquid cash. and also plan for a business if u have moe money and time..

US lo settle autha atleast for another 7-9 yrs ante.. already stable Full-time job undhi ante mathram illu konukko ikada, kadu short term ye unta US lo anukunte .. india ki money pampinchi fixed cheyinchu .. minimum guarantee aina 8% interest aina ostundi .
