Is processing green card

for a company is such a big thing? I've been working this company for last 2 years as a FTE. I've told my manager .. green card process start cheyamani .. My manager was like .. nenu director ni adigi chepthaa ani .. Ivaala emo director meeting invite pampaadu.. VP tho meeting vuntadhi neeku ani .. 

Naadhi very big company but they hardly do any GC's .. because desi's are very minimal ma company lo.. vunna desi's kuda GC's daaka vellaru .. h1 vunnapude jump.. but just curious.. GC ante antha big thing companies ki?maadhi full profits and huge revenue vunna kuda?

Yes its not easy...its a huge process...

desi employers gaalu light ga chesestharu...but big big companies jagratha ga chestai...

maa office lo GC lu cheyyadam aapesaru...reason entante...GC lo unna job requirements serious ga teesukunte US citizens ni motham fire cheyyali bcoz they are not qualified but working there ani...

also when they file a GC for you, thay have to place an ad in a newspaper..they have to interview that guy..if he is qualified (and US citizen) they have to take him..else he can come back and sue the company for not hiring eventhough he is a qualified american citizen.

as per perm labor rules a employer should not displace a american citizens by applying you for a GC. Paper lo job advt choosi okadu interest choopinchedu ante vadini pursue cheyyalsindhe..they have to give 30 days notice to him if he doesnt respond. perm labor audit padithey they will ask all these evidences andhuke 1 yr padutundhi perm labor with audit clear avvataniki.

VP are not original VPs as you thinking in Financial client, all seniors resource termed as VP in financial client

dude ninnu FT teeskunede contractors ki ekkuva paisal aithay ani... its not by love on you... moreover GC file cheyyatam ante pedda commitment.. they have to prove you are exceptionally talented and they dont have any PR or USC with those skills in the entire country for that role(which is definitely not true ) andukey pedda companies cheyyavu.. even desi companies ki kuda govt rod pedthundi ee vishayam lo...
